10 to 12 Servings Per Day

September 26, 2008

It’s important to eat plenty of vegetables, and a good variety, too. But be sure to wash them thoroughly first–some of them are really, REALLY dirty.

Weeeell, at least they make that up with more to them than the regular vegetable!

On an unrelated note, how are babies made?

Seriously though, I love carrots so much. Mr. Cakespy is actually appalled by how many I eat.

Oh, Miss Cakespy! Didn’t your mother tell you about babies when you were still a young cupcake?

Ok…when two carrots love each other very much, they give each other a special hug…

In France carrot salad is “carottes rapees,” which we always called raped carrots in Franglais. The wherewithal, in so many pixels. Thanks!

P.S. Your blog is going immediately on my blogroll. Love it!

Raped carrots indeed. Those jokes were the bane my my French teachers’ existence, I am sure…despite their grand efforts, my classmates and I did a crap job of learning the language, and yet had an uncanny ability to dig up the worst kind of jokes…

“Mais non, monsieur! J’ai seulement dis the mot pour ‘seal’ en francais!”

The guy on the left is awfully popular, indeed.
